According to NANP this is clearly a spoofed CID. There is no such rate center starting with 200. CID is easily spoofed and it is best to either blacklist the CID (once again CID can be spoofed easily) or just do not answer calls in the 200 "rate center" range - 201 is however legit.

I purchased a gift subscription for a friend over a year ago. I did not renew the subscription. I have called and formally requested that USA Today stop harassing me over renewing on 4 separate occasions during the past month. On each occasion, I have told them it was a gift for someone else, I am not renewing the subscription nor do I want a subscription for myself. I have formally called and requested they stop calling me 4 times. If I tell the rep who calls me to stop calling, they hang up and call back a few hours later. Since I last formally called USA Today and asked them to cease and desist, they have called me 18 more times (during the past 9 days) which I am now logging. They will normally harass me twice a day. These people have called everybody in my family and my ex-husband's first wife. Who are they? I know they have my number because they told one of them but I have NO MESSAGES from them. They began to tell my ex's first wife what it was about but she stopped them & said you are not allowed to tell me someone I don't know personal business. Do anyone have an address or name of a company?

They call all day long!

continual phone calls around the clock they ring the house at least 6 times in a row before stopping.

calls 3 or 4 times a day and hangs up.

Receive two to three calls EVERY single day now for about two months. When you answer there is nothing then it goes dead after about 30 seconds.

They have been calling me 4-5 times per day for over a week now. I wish I could go the normal route and speak to a manager to get some traction, but that is not likely to help based on what I have read. Has anyone tried saying they are interested but need to speak to someone who speaks English then telling them you will be suing them for harassment? That is my next step, if they wake up my children one more time...

Protection ??? calls saying you have won a nalarm system. Ive told them I am not interested and ask to take me off the list. They pressure you to tell them why your not interested. They have called me 5 times.

The person does not say anything in the background just here complete silence and typing and I would like this to be stopped.
